Story of Nitin Gupta

Hardworking and motivated person from Kurla, who inspires others.

Nitin is a hardworking and motivated person from Kurla, who inspires others. There are five members in his family, including him. His father is a tailor, and his mother is a homemaker. His sister is in 9th grade, and his brother is in 6th grade. Currently, Nitin works as a Customer Sales Executive at Mukta Cinema.

With the assistance of stakeholders, our social worker interacted with him during the
mobilization and learned that he is not currently pursuing any education. We enabled him to
enroll after providing her with thorough details on Bright Future’s roughly four-month training
program. He found out about this YDTC program from his pal. Before he made a decision, we
talked him into coming to the center once.He enrolled in a course on Bright Future Youth
Development after seeing the facility, answering all of his questions, and observing the
atmosphere.

He claims with confidence that he enjoyed his training and environmnent and that the
keys to a bright future were empathy, inclusion, and innovation.Second, he exaggerates how little
he would have learnt and how few friends he would have made. His technical proficiency and
soft kills have both improved. He said that knowing SEL and the Foundational course is crucial in
the twenty-first century when the topic was first brought up to him.Having an understanding of
the nature of the workplace, he eventually came to the conclusion that morality and values are
crucial for both personal development and company success.

When Nitin first began the course, he would sit alone and claim that reality was whatever was
going on in society. However, he also learnt about terminology related to racism and caste, as
well as equality and gender imbalance, during the lecture. He was also an extremely critical
person toward others. He used to try to speak with a few additional applicants after carefully
considering their qualifications. He developed confidence as the program progressed and began
engaging in chats with other students during class activities.

Nitin was not confident in his English and mostly spoke in Hindi. Over time, he became fluent in English for several reasons. In the past, speaking made him anxious, but now he feels comfortable speaking English and doing interviews. He also feels less angry and prefers to stay calm rather than take sides. Bright Future’s support and the opportunities they provided inspired him to finish his education.

Nitin is grateful for this opportunity to change his life and proud of his achievements. He’s
already provided an example for the batches that come after.Nitin is currently employed with
Mukta Cinema on 22th November,2024 as a Customer Sales Executive and is putting a lot of
effort into his education with the goal of achieving his dream of independence. He is currently
able to provide financial support for his family.
