The key responsibilities of the role are to monitor and execute programs running in the centers within the assigned zone and support with placement of the students in network organizations post completion of the program. Thus, this role is critical for Bright Future as it ensures that the students are industry ready and that there are job opportunities for students after completion of the programs.

What really surprised me was that when I first joined, the organization managed with very few resources in its nascent stages. It was only because of the positive mindset, determination and trust within the team, combined with the ambitious dreams of the founder that we were able to achieve rapid growth within a short span. The Managers and team members are very friendly and it feels almost like a family in the organisation. We enjoy and face all the challenges together, and work together even after hours to make sure the work is completed.
