Bulandi Objectives

This Programme focuses on

Step 1: Identification Process
Identifying young people between the age of 18 to 25 years from marginalized communities
These young people are either school college dropouts or first generation learner of their families
Most of them are either unemployed or are facing difficulties in finding a job
Step 2: Registration
Young aspirants undergo Bright Future's Career Interest Test for identification of their interest or passion
Interested young people are then enrolled in the respective courses of interest (CRS/BFSI/ITeS)
Then they undergo three months training program at Youth Development Training Center
They learn from specially designed theory & practical sessions by Bright Future facilitators
Step 3: Training
Employability Skills
-Life skills
-Work place readiness
-Spoken English
-Basic IT
-Exposure visits
Employments Skills
-Customer relationship retail & sales (CRS)
-Banking & finance (BFSI)
-ITeS (BPO)

Step 4: Interview Preparation
Aspirants are guided through the process of interview preparation & job placement

Aspirants either get employed or rejoin education
