Executive (Intern)

DESCRIPTION:

Support the HR head in managing the HR function for the
organisation. This role takes the lead when it comes to executing key HR functions
like recruitment, HR operations and employee engagement. By doing so the role
ensures that the organisation can attract and select the right talent and that they
are supported well during their time in the organisation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist the HR Manager the full cycle of recruitment and selection
  2. New Joinee Induction and Onboarding Process
  3. Assist the Employment Branding and Employee Value Proposition
  4. Payroll Management
  5. HR Operations
  6. Assist HR Managing various organisational initiatives
  7. Major interactions with the organisation teams
  8. Employee Engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications: MBA/PG in Human Resource Management
Years of Experience: Fresher
REQUIRED SKILLS:

  1. Recruitment, Performance Management administration, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliances, HRIS
  2. Knowledge of Labour laws
  3. Knowledge of relevant job market and nature of jobs
